Our age restrictions for services are set forth in the TEN Customer Agreement. Use of this site is limited to persons who are of legal age in the jurisdiction in which they reside. Regardless of where you reside, you must be at least 18 to use this site. We will not knowingly accept any information from children under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), any information we may receive from users we believe to be under the age of 13 will be deleted from our servers.
How do we notify you of changes to our privacy policy?
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. If we decide to modify our privacy policy, we will post the changes on this privacy policy page or send you a notice via email. You will be responsible for reviewing any such modifications.
