Lawrence County Housing Authority
TEN's Engagement
TEN completed a $5.4 million project for the Lawrence County Housing Authority that included water conservation and energy efficiency upgrades.
The project has saved the Authority $1.1 million per year in energy savings.
The modern technologies and equipment used in this project upgraded our housing, in addition to generating above-budget savings. Our project partner, TEN, implemented every aspect of the project flawlessly, on-time and on-budget. The technical part of the project went exactly according to plan.
