Campus Modernization Project
Neshannock Township School District used current energy expenditures as a facility modernization fund, implementing lighting, HVAC, and building envelope upgrades while also providing new lockers in their high school.
The Neshannock Township School District teamed with TEN to implement a comprehensive facility modernization project at the District’s elementary school and high school. The school district’s goal: to make sure students continued to learn in safe, modern, energy-efficient and environmentally-sound schools.

TEN helped the District turn an energy efficiency opportunity into a comprehensive facility modernization project. TEN identified the lighting technologies that upgraded facilities while dramatically lowering costs. TEN determined the equipment upgrades and repairs that made heating and cooling systems more efficient. TEN implemented major systems and building envelope repairs to make the District’s schools more comfortable for staff and students while reducing energy costs.
